DJ sets, photo deliveries, video edits, light cues — all sit on the same event timeline. No more 4 different spreadsheets.
Authoritative resource calendar
The authenticated calendar reads durable events and assignments. Local database transactions reject staff overlap and equipment over-capacity; no manual override exists.
Quotes → contracts → invoices
Commercial drafts, issued versions and immutable snapshots are durable locally. Electronic signatures, PDF generation and email delivery remain unimplemented.
Payment workflow prototype
Invoice and payment-link screens use demonstration data. No payment processor, checkout or webhook is connected.
Gallery delivery prototype
Gallery screens model client delivery. Private object storage, access grants, downloads and expiring URLs remain planned.
Authenticated company boundary
The private shell derives its company from verified membership. The public sample studio is separate from operational company data; multi-company membership switching is future work.

A visitor uses the provider's public site to choose a service, submit their contact details and continue into a private interactive questionnaire. No date is reserved automatically.

Prepare commercial documents
Create durable estimate, contract and invoice drafts, then preserve immutable local snapshots when they are issued. Signatures, PDF and email remain future work.

Model billing and delivery
Invoice, payment-link and gallery screens demonstrate the flow without processing money, sending email or storing private media.

The private CRM requires a verified local Supabase session and an active company membership. Migrated Settings, Clients, Events, operations, website CMS, commercial documents, Inventory and resource scheduling are tenant-isolated by RLS; later simulation-only modules are not production storage.
